Begin by performing a search for the incident report. You can search either perform a basic search, or an advanced search.

Once you have narrowed your search for the incident report, simply click on the form image located at the top of the search results.

On the enlarged version of the EMS form, you will see the words "Narcotic Request" written at the top-right of the screen.

Clicking on this option will open up your computers default print dialog, and allow you to print the narcotic request.
