How Do I Unblock (Restore) a User?
If you had previously blocked a user from gaining access to the site, you can unblock (restore) the user's viewing privileges if you choose to do so.
Find the user you would like to unblock (restore).
Find the user you would like to unblock and move your mouse to the right of the row. You will now see a drop down menu that has a downward facing arrow. Clicking on this downward facing arrow will display another option to "Restore" the user.
Click on the "Restore" option.
You will now be presented with a prompt that will ask you if you want to "RESTORE" the user on the system.
Click "RESTORE" to confirm your choice.
The user in which you have just restored will now have the abiility to gain access to the website.
