How Do I Completely Remove a Device from my System?
This lesson will instruct how to remove an iPad device if you no longer wish to associate the iPad device with your department and the ePCR application.
Find the device you would like to block and move your mouse to the right of the row. You will now see a drop-down menu that has a downward facing arrow. Clicking on this downward facing arrow will display another option to "Delete" the device.
Click on the "Delete" option.
You will now be presented with a prompt asking you to confirm your device deletion.
Pressing the "DELETE" button will remove the device from your devices list.
**NOTE: Removing the device cannot be undone. If you wish to simply deactivate the device from the system, please read the lesson "How Do I Remotely Disable the ePCR Application?"
