Incidents Tab Overview

This lesson will provide a simple overview of the Incidents tab and sub-tabs.

When you first visit the "Incidents" tab, you will notice five (5) sub-tabs to select from.

  1. Incidents Sub-tab: By default, you will be taken to this sub-tab. When on this tab, you will have the ability to search, edit, flag, delete, or view a incident report(s).
  2. Reports Needing Attention: This sub-tab will display incident reports that have been flagged (by another user) and require your attention if you have not already acknowledged the flagged report.
  3. Reports I Have Sent To Review: This sub-tab will display incident reports that you have flagged, but are pending an acknowledgement by another user.
  4. My Previous Flagged Reports: This sub-tab will display incident reports that you have previously sent to another user on the system. Incidents listed here have been acknowledged by all users that you have flagged, and thus will be stored here for your records.
  5. Log: This sub-tab will display a high-level view of every action that has taken place by any user. For example, you can see what incidents a certain user has viewed, edited, or deleted a report. Every action is logged in this sub-tab and can not be removed.
