How Do I Log In?
The following instructions will instruct you on how to login to the backend system. From here you will learn how to enter personnel into the system.
Using a modern web browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 8.0+), navigate to either: http://www.medic-clipboard.com OR http://www.MedicClipBoard.com.
No matter which address you enter, you will be redirected to the correct website.
The first screen will ask for your "site code." Your site code is typically a three letter code that will be used to identify your fire department. Digital EMS will provide access to the backend system and a site code will be assigned to your agency. Your site code can be changed at any time by asking Digital EMS to do this for you.
You will be taken to your department's login page. You will need to enter your username/password on this page.
Note: IF you forget your password, you can easily press the "forgot password" link which will guide you in how to reset your password.
You have now successfully logged in.
