What Can I Do on the "Dashboard" Tab?
This lesson will show exactly what you are able to do while in the "Dashboard" tab. This is just a "high level" view of the dashboard tab. For a more detailed lesson on each section, please check out our other lessons.
Dashboard Overview
The "Dashboard" is the first page that you will be taken to once you have successfully logged into the system.
There are two sub-sections within this tab, a "System Statistics" as well as a "Visualized Data" section.
System Statistics:
This sub-section simply displays some quick system statistics about the client.
- Incidents: The total amount of incidents that you, as a provider, have uploaded to the system.
- Total Users: The total amount of users on your system.
- Total Devices: The total amount of devices that are registered to your system.
- HDD Usage: The total amount of HDD (Hard Disk Drive) space that you, as a provider, are using on the system.
Visualized Data:
This sub-section will allow you, as an administrator, to run canned reports on the system. These reports will then display the results to you in a graphical form. For more information on how to use this section, please refer to the lesson labeled "How Do I Use the Visualized Graphs?"
