How Do I Remotely Reactivate the ePCR Application?
As an administrator, you will have the ability to remotely reactivate the ePCR application.
Once a device has been deactivated, it will display as a row marked in a red color.
In this lesson, we will be reactivating the device marked in red.
Find the device you would like to reactivate and move your mouse to the right of the row. You will now see a drop-down menu that has a downward facing arrow. Clicking on this downward facing arrow will display another option to "Activate" the device.
Click on the "Activate" option.
You will now be presented with a prompt confirming your reactivation of the device. Pressing "ACTIVATE" will reactivate the device.
Once you have successfully completed the above steps, the iPad device may still show as being deactivated. Pressing the button labeled "Retry Login" will allow the ePCR application to connect to the server and remotely activate.
