How Do I See How Frequent "Billing Data" Is Exported?

In this lesson, we will show how you can view the frequency (and status) of your exported billing data.

**NOTE: Digital EMS Solutions Incorporated has put in place "check and balances" to ensure that your data is sent daily. Should there be an error in the export for whatever reason, Digital EMS will investigate the cause of the error.

While in the "Profile" tab, you will notice four (4) rows that have been labeled according to what they represent. Click anywhere on the row labeled "Export Billing Data" and the pertinent billing subsection will expand.

 

While in the "Export Billing Data" subsection, you will notice a few things that can be modified if you desire to do so.

  1. Current FTP Settings: This section will display the current FTP (File Transfer Protocol) settings used to export PCR data to your perspective billing company.
  2. Current Export Settings: This section will display the frequency of the export. (NOTE: By default, all PCR data is set to export the following day, for the previous day's worth of data).
  3. Previous Two Exports: This section will display the previous two exports that were sent to your billing company. Various headings are listed here, but the most important heading is the "Export Successful" heading.
  4. Export Successful: This heading will simply display a "Yes" or a "No" to advise you if the previous export was successful.

**NOTE: Digital EMS Solutions Incorporated has put in place "check and balances" to ensure that your data is sent daily. There can be many reasons why the export will not go through on the current day such as your billing company FTP server being offline for the day, or a wrong FTP username/password combination.
