How Do I See How Frequent "DHS Data" Is Exported?
In this lesson, we will show how you can view the frequency (and status) of your exported DHS data.
**NOTE: Digital EMS Solutions Incorporated has put in place "check and balances" to ensure that your data is sent daily. Should there be an error in the export for whatever reason, Digital EMS will investigate the cause of the error.
While in the "Profile" tab, you will notice four (4) rows that have been labeled according to what they represent. Click anywhere on the row labeled "Export DHS Data" and the pertinent DHS data subsection will expand.
While in the "Export DHS Data" subsection, you will notice a few things that can be modified if you desire to do so.
- Current cURL Settings: This section will display the current cURL (Command line Uniform Resource Locator) settings that are used to export PCR data to your perspective LEMSA (Local EMS Agency).
- Current Export Settings: This section will display the frequency of the export. (NOTE: By default, all PCR data is set to export the following day, for the previous day's worth of data).
- Previous Two Exports: This section will display the previous two exports that were sent to your LEMSA. Various headings are listed here, but the most important heading is the "Export Successful" heading.
- Export Successful: This heading will simply display a "Yes" or a "No" to advise you if the previous export was successful.
**NOTE: Digital EMS Solutions Incorporated has put in place "check and balances" to ensure that your data is sent daily. There can be many reasons why the export will not go through on the current day such as your LEMSA server being offline for the day, or a wrong cURL username/password combination.
