How Do I Remotely Disable the ePCR Application?
As an administrator, you will have the ability to remotely disable (block) the ePCR application from use. You can use this if you believe that your iPad device is lost or stolen to protect your patient data.
Find the device you would like to block and move your mouse to the right of the row. You will now see a drop down menu that has a downward facing arrow. Clicking on this downward facing arrow will display another option to "Deactivate" the device.
Click on the "Deactivate" option.
You will now be presented with a prompt that will have you confirm your device deactivation.
Once you have completed the above steps, the iPad device that you have blocked will then display the above screen to the user.
